Tomato Seeds ‘Sweet Sturdy Grace’ F1

Sowing Indoors
Level fill a module tray with seed compost firming with the base of another tray. Water well with a fine rose. Sow seeds individually and lightly cover with vermiculite. Place in a propagator at 18-20°C or cover tray with cling film and leave in a warm room. Keep moist.
Growing On
When shoots appear, remove cling film. Keep seedlings in a light position, but shade from direct sunlight. When plants have 4 leaves transplant to 8cm pots of potting compost. Grow coolly and steadily at a minimum temperature of 15°C.
Potting Up
Plant into pots, minimum 15cm, and keep on a sunny kitchen windowsill, in a greenhouse, or in a sunny, sheltered spot outside. Support Bush / Determinate type. No need for support or pinching – they naturally form a multi-stemmed shape.
Advice
Tomatoes are thirsty and hungry plants. Feed and water regularly and remember to ventilate your greenhouse on warm days.
