Matador shallots are specially bred for their perfect shape, making them ideal for exhibitions. Ready to harvest from August onwards, simply wait until the tops have died back and allow the bulbs to dry thoroughly for optimal results.
Delivered to you as multi-sown modules, each containing around four plants. It is important not to split these modules before planting, as doing so can damage the roots and lead to poor growth. For best results, plant the modules as they are to ensure a successful crop.
