Pak Choi Plant ‘Ivory’

Pak Choi Ivory has attractive pale green stems rather than the more usual white stems. It produces a quick harvest as baby leaves, ideal in salads, but leave to mature a little longer and you’ll have a crisp, tasty (and nutritious) veg that’s made for stir fries, whilst the leaves can be steamed. It’s bolt-resitant and grows to just 25cm in height so won’t take up too much space in your plot.
