Broccoli Purple Sprouting ‘Elsoms’ is an exciting new introduction for 2021. Especially vibrant in colour, it produces a good yield of tasty, nutritious stems in summer, cropping around 80 days after planting. It is excellent when steamed or stir fried.
Plant around 45cm apart and between rows. Use mesh or fleece to protect the young plants from Cabbage White Butterflies.
