Aubrieta Plant ‘BlueTit’
- Masses of rich purple flowers in spring
- Neat mounds of evergreen foliage
- Ideal for rock gardens
- Tidy habit, less leggy than other varieties
Aubrieta ‘Blue Tit’ (also known as ‘Blaumeise’) is a splash of bright colour in mid and late spring, with neat evergreen mounds of foliage simply smothered in masses of tiny rich purple flowers. It’s compact and slow-growing with a very tidy habit, less prone to getting leggy than many other aubrietas, and looks superb as ground cover in a rock garden or spilling lavishly over a low wall.
