Sowing Outdoors
Remove any weeds from the sowing area and rake the soil to provide a firm, even surface. Pre-water the soil before scattering the seeds. Cover with a thin layer of soil- this can be done by lightly scratching with a rake. Keep watered while the seedlings are emerging and until established. Pack will cover 1-2 sq m.
Advice
For easier handling and more even sowing, mix in a container with a neutral material such as fine, dry potting soil, silver sand or vermiculite.
