This wonderful decorative butterfly barn allows you to provide feed and shelter to butterflies in your garden.
The barn is designed to provide a safe home for all types of butterflies, lacewings and moths. It is also suited for other species of pollinating insects.
Featuring a slatted centre which provides resting and sheltering spots and with a plastic door which swivels on the front. This allows access to the nesting compartment for cleaning and to carefully observe species in cooler weather.
To feed these precious insects, simply fill up the reservoir at the bottom of the barn with a solution of butterfly food. Recipes for which can be found online, or alternatively you can provide sweet over-ripe fruit instead.
This barn is produced from timber which is FSC-certified from sustainably managed forests. The plastic swivel door is made from recycled second-life plastic.
